Controller-CFM - 609BR

Job Description: Manage CNA's relationships with financial institutions and outside auditors. Direct all financial and accounting efforts. This leadership role carries with it personal and corporate responsibility to build and sustain a respectful workplace. You are accountable for modeling respectful behavior, recognizing offensive behavior and immediately addressing offensive behavior when exhibited by any employee.

Manage relationships with government financial, audit, and contract officials.

Manage all financial and accounting functions.

Develop corporate financial strategy.

Analyze and anticipate corporate financial business and address emerging technology.

Establish and maintain customer relations.

Provide analysis intensive support to ad hoc, high visibility needs.

Engage division director and peer administrative counterparts in collaborative discussions about focus, service levels, strategy, and developments.

Manage daily activities and performance of staff.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience Required: Minimum 12 years related accounting and financial management experience in federal government contracting.

Skills: Microsoft Office; strong supervisory skills; good oral and written communication skills. Established expertise in accounting and federal contracting. Established expertise in managing and directing in a multi-functional administrative department.

Degree Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance required. MBA or CPA desirable.
