Contract HR Specialist / Benefits Administrator

In this position, you will:Administer health benefits, including coordinating annual open enrollment and helping employees with choosing benefits. Accurately and timely process record-keeping on all employees Track and/or approves employee leaves of absence and costs related to work-related injury claims and unemployment benefits.As our ideal candidate, you have:A minimum of two years human resources experience with experience in benefitsA high school diploma/GED equivalent; Excellent organizational skills and thorough attention to detail; An ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines; Experience with  HRIS database systems and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook); and An ability to communicate effectively with applicants, employees and management, both verbally and in writing.This position offers health insurance, Retirement Savings Plan, Section 125 health/dependent care plans and more.This is a short-term position for four to six months.
