World Vision International is a Christian relief, development and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. We currently have an opening for a Compensation & Benefits Sr. Analyst for our Global Centre, to be based in Monrovia, CA.
The Compensation & Benefits Sr. Analyst will support the alignment of WVI remuneration and benefit plans and People & Culture (Human Resources) goals by evaluating and keeping current with employee needs, benefit trends, products, programs and related regulations on an on-going basis to enable a competitive Total Rewards program. Five plus years experience in Compensation & Benefits required and fluency in English is necessary of all candidates. Bachelor’s degree and International experience is preferred.
