The CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER will provide leadership, management and vision to support the organization's day-to-day operations. Responsible for the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes. Attention is to be given to program & system development, QA, and fiscal management.
 MBA (or related) required, plus ten years of progressively responsible experience in operations or systems management, experience in non profit arena highly preferred.Â
