We are currently seeking a dynamic customer-service focused professional to coordinate activities and provide administrative and logistical support for the Social Market fundraising campaigns and Corporate Wellness programs for the East Bay area. OverviewPrimary responsibilities include coordinating activities and program/event logistics as well as providing administrative and clerical support including: Managing logistical and administrative aspects of Gala and Corporate Wellness events including planning meetings, materials, communications and securing providers for health fairs. Managing and maintaining databases including the online program and/or event management programs and generating routine and special reports as required. Providing highly efficient and effective administrative support ensuring that all operations run smoothly with the highest quality of service provided to customers, staff and volunteers. Providing support for assigned programs and events including volunteer management and logistics. Creating and preparing all mailing, flyers and correspondence (hard copy and email) for all related events and meetings. Collaborating with other team members in sharing daily responsibilities such as mail, cash deposits and reception duties to ensure overall office efficiency. Qualified applicants will have 2+ years of relevant administrative and/or event logistics experience, highly effective interpersonal, teamwork and communication (written and verbal) skills, and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficiency in database applications such as Access is also required. The ability to successfully organize, manage, prioritize and follow-through on multiple projects and tasks is essential.
