ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR (CONSTRUCTION GROUP)

The Diocese of Venice is seeking a "hands-on"
Associate Director for their Construction Group. The major duties include project planning, budgeting and coordination with architects, engineers
regarding construction projects throughout the ten counties of the
Diocese in Southwest Florida by securing necessary bid documents, specifications, securing building permits, performing inspections and
review and certify contractor draw requisitions prior to payment. The
Associate Director must oversee initial conceptual design to finalization of construction and project closeout.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in a technical related field.
8-10 years of experience in project management and demonstrated successful results directing multiple projects or major complex projects.
Experience in areas of management, engineering, procurement, construction or start-up on projects.
Must have excellent written, verbal and
interpersonal skills.
