Administrative Supervisor

JSSA has a full-time Administrative Supervisor position in our new Fallsgrove, Rockville, MD headquarters. Responsibilities include: supervising administrative assistants, collecting client payments, managing client flow, managing insurance billing, transcribing from a Dictaphone and providing a wide variety of administrative support. Must have at least 7 years experience in being an administrative assistant, supervisory experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, must enjoy working with the public, detail-oriented, and be proficient in MS Office.  EOE
