Jobing DescriptionExciting opportunity with a multi level Senior Facility. Excellent Customer Services, Excellent attention to detail. Must be able to work variable hours/days.

Must have ability to juggle multiple priorities. Prior experience in Senior Services preferred but not required.

Basic Function: Responsible for all Resident recruitment, selection, tours and admissions of appropriate prospects to our facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Participates in the marketing and public relations strategies.
Maintains statistical and marketing data and reports for review.
Maintains and develops a leads list using computer software and generates daily, weekly, and monthly reports of activities.
Maintains facility census by conducting tours, making telephone calls, having personal contacts with potential residents, and screening and admitting appropriate Residents at the approved fee rates, and coordinating the admissions approval. This includes coordination and assistance with in-house moves and transfers between facilities.
Attends all staff, marketing, community relations and other meetings as needed.
Participates in the development of the Admission's department budget and reviews, as required, departmental financial statements and reports.
Coordinates the processing of admission monies and ensures correct and timely billings to Residents, including additional service charges in coordination with the Finance Department.

Skills/ RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:
Must have five years of progressive general office management experience that should include marketing skills or strong desire to be in a marketing position. Three years of working in an independent and/or assisted living environment essential, one of which should have been in an admissions position.

Education and/or Experience:
Associate degree in business or marketing highly preferred. Computer literacy required.
