POSITION SPECIFICATION

Summary:

United States Steel Corporation has an immediate opening for a Technical Quality Assurance/Quality Control Lead in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) department, located in Pittsburgh, PA. The successful candidate will plan and support quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) for the program.

Major Responsibilities:

- Responsible QA/QC in the areas - Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle SOA Suite, i2, Hyperion Financial Management- Create/modify QA/QC processes for the areas - Technical Design Document Reviews, Code Reviews - Implement processes mentioned above - Lead and manage a team of QA/QC members - Establish standards and leading practices by effectively working with SMEs and other technical resources in the team

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required. Information Technology or related field of study preferred Manage a team of QA/QC resources Understand current BSC operating model eBusiness Suite Technical foundations ( knowledge of Applications, data model and Development exposure) Knowledge of RDBMS, Performance Tuning
