Store Manager
Friendly Service Stations is currently looking for Convenience Store/Gas Station Managers in the Fairfield/New Haven county area. If you are responsible, creative, reliable, honest, hardworking, & enjoy working with the public, we would like to hear from you.
The Store Manager will be accountable for superior customer service, as well as, store profitability through effective management of the store. Responsibilities include the hiring and training of store employees, inventory control, loss prevention, customer retention, the development of creative programs for driving sales, and all other store level operations.
The ideal candidate will have a background in retail, along with at least 5 years management experience, and excellent customer service skills. Experience in convenience store management is a plus.
