Maintenance Manager
The maintenance manager is responsible for the overseeing the maintenance department and establishing programs to maintain equipment.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.Meet all the requirements of a Maintenance Lead person.Minimum of 1 years of experience as a lead person or in supervision.
Training:
On all required quality system procedures that apply to the position.On all applicable customer specifications.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate and communicate commitment to the safety by taking an active and visible role in the safety program.Provide assistance in repairs and trouble shooting problems.Communicating results or issues to management and/or vendors.Reviewing and communicating employee's progress and job performance.Schedule maintenance crews and as necessary.Maintain preventative maintenance program.Provide training for direct reports.Oversee all daily maintenance operations.Any other function deemed necessary by supervision.
