Data Entry/ Purchasing Support
United Polychem is a full service distributor of commodity resins, distributing to companies throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We are growing and have a position open in our purchasing department we need to fill immediately!
Duties include:
Entering all supplier purchase orders on a daily basis. Follow up on ship dates with suppliers. Inform the customer service representative and the sales rep. if a shipment is held up or delayed. Match all bill of ladings to the purchase orders.
Ideal candidate will: Have data entry experience. Be detail-oriented. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
