An exciting opportunity has recently become available for a Branch Manager in our St. Louis location

 

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the growth, profitability and efficient operation of the branch. You will lead, develop and coach your team in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction, employee development and operational effectiveness.

 



Your key responsibilities will include…..Maintain, develop and build customer relationships by providing optimum customer serviceMonitor branch operations to ensure compliance with policies and, ensure audits and verifications are carried out and branch assets are properly safeguardedManage and contribute to all aspects of the branch operations effectiveness including sales & customer assistance, purchasing, quoting, telesales, product sourcing and material handling.Strategically develops and implements initiatives, which will attain and exceed sales and profit objectives.Capitalize on individual and team potential of direct reports, by instituting clear performance expectations and standards through constructive feedback, coaching and training.Evaluate member performance and make recommendations to Regional ManagerPlan, prepare and approve work schedules, vacation requests and overtime.



As the ideal candidate you posses…..3-5 years of Management experienceAbility to coach, develop and reinforce sales and service skills and behaviorsOutstanding communication skillsDemonstrated ability to deal with change, make decisions and implement creative solutions Strong customer focusDemonstrated leadership and entrepreneurial spiritAbility to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to plan work schedules and manage budgetsAbility to multi task, establish priorities and manage conflictGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsMetal and metal related product knowledge a definite asset
