Reference Code: IRC162681 Working Supervisor  The Working Supervisor  is responsible for the supervision of processes and work assignments within a single service center¿s operations.  Provides leadership and work assignments for daily activities.  Basic Qualifications  High school diploma or GED Four years of work experience.  Two years of service-related work experience. One year supervisory experience. Must have basic computer skills to include experience with Windows applications and software such as Microsoft Word or experience with handheld mobile devices (i.e. Intermec, Telxon). Other Qualifications Must pass all applicable Department of Transporatation physical requirements and KCI physical tests. Must possess a valid driver¿s license and pass a MVR review/inspection. Must be willing to travel by commercial air service to attend scheduled business and training functions when required. Must have willingness and ability to work extended work week, including some evenings and weekends. Ability to work independently. Must present a positive image of KCI USA through adherence to account protocol and presentation of professional behavior at all times when interacting and interfacing with customers and employees. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all business dealings with coworkers. Ability to use fine motor skills to operate equipment and/or machinery Ability to properly drive and operate a company vehicle Ability to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in writingPreferred Requirements:  Good communication and proper business etiquette skills preferred. Prior customer service experience or aptitude preferred. Prior mechanical or technical experience or aptitude a plus. Three years of supervisory experience preferred.
