Territory Manager - Northeast Oklahoma

Well established, customer-focused local retail leader in pharmacy and medical equipment sales seeks a self-motivated, proven producer for a key position on our team.  The successful candidate will have a history of five (5) plus years in building new client relationships, maintaining excellent customer service, and surpassing quotas through innovative sales leadership.  If you have verifiable sales experience to long-term care facilities, adult living centers and related institutions, are a self-starter, have a professional attitude and appearance, and possess attention to detail, you may qualify for this opportunity.  You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the sales/marketing functions and act as liaison with sales, operations and the customer.  This position reports to the General Sales Manager .

 

Essential Functions:

 Ensure territory meets and exceeds revenue and profitability by relentlessly managing all components of the sales process;Execute a successful marketing and sales plan with the sales team;Function as the liaison with customer and store operations with profitability as the ultimate goal;Responsible for developing new business and maintaining and expanding sales with current customers;Follow up and control delinquent and potential problematic accounts to ensure accounts receivables are maintained at an acceptable level;Research and recommend additional potential customer markets and market segments. 

Essential Qualifications:

 Verifiable experience five (5) plus years of experience in a sales management role in medical equipment, DME and/or related industry;Demonstrated knowledge and experience with disposable and durable medical equipment;Established client base with long-term care facilities, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and related institutions is desired;Skillful and savvy negotiation skills with accomplished written and verbal communication skills in English;Proven financial expertise to develop budgets, gross margin, profit and projections to assist in the planning processes and in the achievement of profitable accounts;Verifiable successful sales and marketing experience to develop profitable accounts and to increase overall market share ;Computer literate and functional.
