Company:

Privately held Injection Molder with a diversified customer base serving several industries including Healthcare (Class 10,000 clean room) and Automotive. This profitable company has very stable ownership and is debt free.

 

Position:

·  Will work out of a plant located in the Indianapolis suburbs

·  Reports to General Manager

·  This is a lead from the floor position and not strictly a desk job

·  Will drive scientific molding principles down the ranks

 

Requirements:

§ Scientific molding experience is required, preferably Master Molding certifications (RJG). Could potentially substitute a Plastics Engineering Degree for Master Molder certifications.

§ Minimum five (5) years of direct, personal, “hands-on� experience in processing injection machines and molds for close tolerance parts is required.

§ Experience working with engineering grade resins/hot-oil molds is a strong plus.

§ Experience with cavity pressure sensors is a plus (eDart).

§ Strong problem-solving skills with examples of successful problem-solving projects are required.

§ Experience with S.M.E.D (Quick Mold Change) methodology is a strong plus.

§ Experience supervising a team of processing technicians is a strong plus.

§ A degree is preferred but not required
