Sr. Report Writer/Database Analyst

 

Primary Purpose:

As a valued member of the MIS team this individual will be responsible for designing and implementing new systems and reports and maintain current systems and reports.  Provides technical support to users for PC and network needs and to MIS for backup systems administration.

 

Competencies:

To qualify for this position the candidate must have a BA or equivalent professional experience in addition to the following: Minimum of 5 years of experience, background in manufacturing environments & solid understanding of MRP systems; Proficiency in current departmental development tools – QUIZ (HP), R&R, Foxpro; Able to develop proficiency in emerging client server SQL & NT development tools; Good understanding of PC technology and basic network concepts (NOVELL, NT, TCP/IP)
