Shafts Product Manager
SUMMARY:
The Catheter Shafts Product Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow our polymer catheter shafts business. This ideal candidate will have a direct experience in extrusions, braiding, reflow and value added operations in a technical capacity and have a strong desire to transition into a business development role. Alternatively a sales persons active in this market with a desire to take broader business responsibility would be desirable as well.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Directly responsible for meeting short term and longer range growth targetsWorking with internal marketing, operations and sales, define a commercial strategy to meet growth goals consistent with current production capabilitiesIdentify specific target market segments Identify specific target product segmentsIdentify target customers and key needsDefine solutions that meet needsDefine a sales strategy to meet both short term and longer range goalsImplement plans as lead sales person for marketImplement call planLeverage matrixed sales resources i.e. territory salesDefine and communicate priorities, technical and manufacturing requirements to implement commercial strategyCultivate relationships with customers to obtain repeat business. Identify new growth opportunities
