Reference Code: IRC159261 Service Consultant - (Medical Equipment Delivery) KCI is currently seeking an experienced Service Consultant (Medical Equipment Delivery) who will be responsible for assisting patients with product deliveries, pick-ups and service calls. Assisting with other Service Center activities such as repair, quality control, inventory reporting and document control.**KCI subscribes to the 125% reserve weight rule as a testing criterion for all dynamic lifts. ** BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent. Two years of service-related work experience Experience with  Microsoft applications including Word Four years of relevant work experience OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Must pass all applicable Department of Transportation physical requirements and KCI functional assessments. Must possess a valid driver¿s license and pass a MVR review/inspection. Must be willing to travel by commercial air service to attend scheduled business and training functions when required. Must have willingness and ability to work extended work week, including some evenings and weekends. Ability to work independently. Must present a positive image of KCI USA through adherence to account protocol and presentation of professional behavior at all times when interacting and interfacing with customers and employees. Must be able to work scheduled shifts and complete all assignments in required timeframes Effective communication and proper business etiquette skills.
