Senior Procurement Planner

 

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for inventory planning and management, forecasting, and requisitioning of all KG sourced products.  It will also support the growth of the Jarit facility and I-MIG to achieve the highest customer satisfaction within the industry while maintaining the most economic inventory values.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage specific operational activities assigned by the Director, Jarit OperationsPrepare weekly backorder reports for Jarit, Luxtec and specific IMIG product linesManage Item Master and all new product and changes in the system for IMIGMonitor and update the Oracle Master Data for Materials requirement planning (Parameter maintenance)Assist IMIG management on other Oracle based planning and procurement projectsProvide guidance/training to planning/procurement teams throughout the divisionPerform other duties as request by supervisor

 DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree3-4 years experience in Supply Chain ManagementVery strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills 3-4 years Oracle experience preferred Excellent verbal communication skills Ability to manager cross functional projectsOrganizational skills
