Job Description

 

As a Revenue and Financial Analysis Supervisor you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:Support monthly revenue and key balance sheet reserve reconciliations.  Lead, coordinate and support divisional special projects when needed Support and develop improved Policies and Procedures and Audit Controls for all revenue accounts­­­­­­­­­­­­Work with Internal Audit and other internal functions to improve SOX processes while ensuring all processes are supportive of GAAP and sound internal audit controlsDevelop and support financial analysis for world-wide and entity product line profitability, regional P&Ls, Actual-to-budget variance analysis, Volume and Mix revenue analysis, and overall business metrics/data that improve business decisionsAssist in budget development for revenue, gross profit, and SG&A expenses.  Work with Corporate Finance to integrate more robust variance analysis into month-end process.  Meet with divisional leads to discuss variances and mitigation of unfavorable variances­­­­­­­­­­­­Understand domestic, international and inter-company revenue GL transactions and compare to GAAP to ensure ongoing compliance­­­­­­­­Understand Transfer Pricing methodology and transactions to ensure arms-length pricing in place, coordinate regional month-end processes that analyze regional profit, market dynamics and future forecasting effortsProcess Improvements: Good understanding of SAP system with improved utilization of capabilities to support financial analysis and reporting requirements

Job Requirements

 

This position requires the following skills and attributes:BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance with 5-7 years experience­­­­­­­­­­­­Good understanding of GAAP Accounting theory  Revenue Recognition experienceGood organization and communication (verbal and written) skillsExcellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook will be used)  ­­­­­­­­­­­­Cross-Functional coordination and management of requirements, Team oriented approach and strong intellectual curiosity applied to job  Experience in, or strong knowledge of International revenue rollup and transfer pricing

The following skills are preferred:­­­­­­­­­­­­SAP software experience­­­­­­­­­­­­CPA or MBA SOX and GAAP experienceVBA (Visual Basic) Company Benefits
