Position Description:

We invite you to join TAMS and become part of our Toshiba family.In this position, you will perform a variety of administrative duties for a department manager or director, requiring knowledge of departmental policy and procedure; Format, prepare, and edit a variety of complex material, including: correspondence, memos, and reports which may contain confidential information; Draft routine correspondence for management's approval; Receive and screen telephone calls and visitors; Schedule appointments and meetings; Resolve problems requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures; Compile, analyze, and prepare data for administrative reports and presentations; Maintain and update department files, records and publications; Maintain confidential files and materials; Schedule conferences, meetings and appointments, notify attendees and make necessary arrangements; Arrange domestic and international travel.

Qualifications:
Requires AA degree or equivalent work experience. 4-7 years administrative and clerical support experience. Strong PC skills in word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentation programs. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization. Ability to expeditiously multi task and prioritize.
