SENIOR QUALITY ENGINEER - MEDICAL DEVICE

  THE COMPANY My client is an Industry-Leading, Award Winning Organization offering decades of stability with a long-standing track record of successes.  Consistently delivering double digit growth over the past decade and a double future!  As they win - so do YOU!  Opportunities for advancement, individual career development and challenging assignments await you. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY Support new product development and maintenance through application of Quality engineering skills.Handle multiple projects from product inception through launch and maintenance (cradle to grave).Take active role to ensure products meet Corporate & Industry standards.Meet all design controls and regulatory requirements.Represent Quality on project teams for Design & Manufacturing.Support plant activities in process validation, process capability & customer issues.Support/Initiate CAPA with an eye to increased capability and customer satisfaction.Reports to Quality Manager. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS MUST HAVE: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 5 plus years in Quality Engineering.3 plus years QA/QC in MEDICAL DEVICE (can consider PLASTICS, INJECTION MOLDING or RUBBER) in a high volume manufacturing environment.Solid hands-on process validation and design control knowledge in regulated GMP facility.Quality System tools -MiniTab, SPC, DOE, APQP, PPAP, TQM, DHF and MRB. DESIRE: Advanced Degree with certification to include CQE-CQA-RAC, Six Sigma Black (or Green)  SALARY $85,000 - $95,000 plus Bonus with excellent benefits. ONLY Qualified candidates meeting requirements above will be considered! Send resume/cv confidentially to Dana Parker at dana.parker@mrichatt.com    MRINetwork, one of the world's largest search and recruitment organizations, has over 1,000 offices in more than 35 countries.
