SAP Business Analyst

Division: Global Headquarters (Corporate) Location: Minnetonka, MN 55345 Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: IT/Software Development Work Experience: 2+ to 5 Years Company:St. Jude Medical SAP Business Analyst The SAP Business Analyst will support various teams in the global implementation of SAP.  They will be responsible for business consulting, solution design, design documentation, testing, and validation for specific SAP modules.  Essential Functions: Perform business process analysis to help define configuration requirements Gather requirements from internal clients and provide business and technical expertise to the process team in support of process design/blueprinting, focused on specific process areas as assigned Assist with configuration of SAP process modules Development, documentation, and execution of process/configuration test protocols Develop project plans, work breakdown structure and task dependencies, communication plans, etc. as needed Provide effective written and verbal communications. Other Duties:  Perform general process and technical trouble-shooting Assist Sr. Business Analyst and work with functional team leads and project managers to ensure project plans are accurate Assist Sr. Business Analyst in providing regular communication of project plan performance and task issues to functional team leads. Qualifications:   Required:  Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline o  Mathematicso  Computer Scienceo  Physical Science Implementation experience of major ERP package (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards). 3-5 years business analyst experience or equivalent gained through a combination of formal training and progressive work experience, including project management experience.
