CENTRAL REGION SALES MANAGER

 

Chantilly, Virginia headquartered O.R. Solutions, Inc. (ORS) has been the market leader in developing surgical products that improve patient safety by controlling fluid temperatures for more than ten years. ORS is a rapidly growing company in both revenue and human capital.  We seek a highly energetic, experienced Sales Manager for the Central Region of the United States who will manage the territory from their home based office located within the Greater Chicagoland Area. Financial rewards as well as professional growth may be achieved by demonstrating success in this role.  

 

Duties will include:Managing and motivating existing sales team members whom are located within the central portion of the United StatesCommunicating Corporate sales goals to the sales team and developing strategies to meet and exceed those goals.Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.Recruiting and training additional sales team members.

The ideal candidate will have:Three (3) to five (5) years experience managing sales representatives, preferably in the medical device/capital equipment industry.The capability to motivate and instill accountability in the sales team to ensure that sales objectives are attained.The demonstrated ability to mentor, train, coach, and counsel current and new members of the sales team to success.Strong communication and time management skills.The ability to function in a team atmosphere, pursue aggressive goals and possess a make-it-happen attitude.
