The Regional Sales Manger (Western Region) will work from a home office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, West based salesperson, to grow & manage sales of post-operative pain management products in a clinical environment. Integrity, professionalism, compassion, working collaboratively and the ability to understand technical products are vital.
Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for generating sales, in a specific region, for the company’s postoperative pain management products. Will work with distributors, strategic partners, and clinical staff in a collaborative manner to achieve goals as set by the Director of Sales.
Manage all sales results for all company products related to wound perfusion in a specific region which will result in meeting aggressive growth and profitability objectives. Work with existing distributor organizations and identify and develop new distribution channels in the region.
Travel, approximately 60%, domestically to sell the company’s products, motivate the sales representatives, build direct relationships with key customers and refine and upgrade sales coverage. Assume personal responsibility for marketing the company’s products into all leading direct customers and teaching and reference institutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A) or equivalent; or 7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in medical device sales.
Minimum of 3 years progressively responsible experience in the OR preferred.
Sales management experience in medical device industry preferred.
Outstanding written and verbal presentation communication skills with individuals and groups.
Ability to direct and implement corporate sales objectives in an environment with a high sense of urgency.
Competent and flexible in managing multiple projects while planning an organized process for achieving specific sales/marketing goals.
