Regional Sales
Lasers4Dentistry, a division of Technology4Medicine, is a leader in providing advanced lasers and technology to the medical, dental and therapeutic communities to improve clinical outcomes, patient comfort and return on investment. Â
Responsible for developing and executing a strategy for achieving a high level of sales and customer satisfaction. Generating significant sales and sales growth of the company’s dental and therapeutic lasers in your defined geographic region. Leading the recruitment and development of 10-15 Personal Clinical Coaches/Mentors. Organizing sales and mentoring sessions in conjunction with Personal Clinical Coaches/Mentors. Forecasting and call reports and accountable for the achievement of forecasts.
3-5 years successful sales experience in challenging industries such as medical capital equipment, business/office equipment, mortgage loans, etc. Proven record as a strong closer and top producer. Problem solving skills and ability to coach, motivate and teach others. Previous capital equipment, dental or medical capital equipment a plus. Excellent closing, negotiation, communication and time management skills with effective independent judgment. Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects. Highly organized and self motivated. Desire to generate a high level of personal income in this commission position. Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from a four year college or university preferred. Computer proficiency required.
