Based out of Sunnyvale, CA, you will manage a group of RMA Coordinators and the day-to-day operations of receiving, failure analysis, and OEM inventory management. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting metrics related to quality, on-time performance and continuous improvements. Prior experience with failure analysis, production repair planning, and materials management in a production line manufacturing environment will allow you to succeed. You will take ownership of credit management, returns management, cycle time reduction, and inventory integrity initiatives. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are crucial to your success in developing partnerships with the repair and parts support groups, as well as outside vendors. Your knowledge of ERP systems, aging, cycle counts, and workflow efficiencies--partnered with excellent organizational practices--will empower you to effectively train and manage your team to work smarter.
