RECEPTIONIST - PART TIME
We are currently seeking an upbeat and enthusiastic individual for our part-time Receptionist position located in Natick MA. The start date for this position would be Monday, November 3rd, 2008. The individual hired would be accountable for the following:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answer a multi-line phone systemGreet guests and employees in a professional mannerOpen, sort and distribute incoming mailLog in all deliveries Print out FedEx and Accounting Report for all outgoing FedEx packagesAssist various departments on special projects on an “as needed” basisOpen, sort and distribute all invoices and incoming mailResponsible for weekly mailingsDistribute all received faxes Responsible for paper supply to mailroom photocopiers and fax machineCopy and distribute monthly newsletter Assemble and send out Investor Relations packets on an as needed basisPrepare overnight shipments using online sites
Requirements
3 or more years of relevant office and customer service experienceExcellent phone etiquette, interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionKnowledge of MS OfficePunctual
The hours for this position are 12:30PM-5:30PM Monday through Friday.
