R&D Engineer
Pathway Medical Technologies, Inc. an innovator in the design and development of vascular products is currently seeking Mechanical R&D Engineers to join our challenging, fast paced and rapidly growing organization.
Responsibilities: Investigates and evaluates existing technology Designs and implements new methodologies, materials, machines, processes or products Develops new concepts from initial design to market release Conducts feasibility studies of the design to determine ability to function as intended Performs engineering testing, tool qualifications and process validations Maintains detailed documentation throughout all phases of research and development Coordinates activities with outside suppliers and consultants to ensure the delivery of supplies or services needed to meet scheduled timelines
Experience and Education: B.S. in Engineering or Technology or equivalent industry experience 5+ years of engineering experience in a related manufacturing environment Possess strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability and able to communicate clearly in verbal and written form Presentations may be required; working knowledge of PC-based Word Processing, Spreadsheet and must have knowledge of computer aided design tools for product development
