The Lead Assembler performs manual labor with an assembly team. Assemblers at this level consistently work on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues. He/She will make recommendations for new procedures; is fully trained on all assembly operations of a given area, and actively participate in the training and qualification of other assemblers.
