Angiotech is currently seeking an individual with a background in the medical device industry to launch and manage the Quill products in North America. The Product Manager for Quill will lead the development and implementation of the business plan for the forecasting, developing the brand, and launching new products.

ResponsibilitiesDeliver sales force training and develop end-user training program. Create baseline marketing and sales materials/ tools and secure approvals. Manage product lifecycle – conduct post-launch review, assess line extensions, market expansion possibilities, manage pricing, reimbursements, and phase-out older products.Lead data collection and analysis to understand product usage. Other responsibilities include maintenance of key opinion leader, customer, and professional association relationships and advisory boards; provide guidance on the development and maintenance of packaging and labeling. Interact with supply planning, manufacturing, project management, and business development in the course of facilitating long-term strategies.

RequirementsBachelor’s Degree – Masters preferred5+ years experience in the medical device industryExperience with a product that is sold to surgeons a definite plus.Wound closure, suture, or orthopedic experience a plus 5 + years of progressive marketing experience to include branding, product management.Launch experience a plusSales experience a plus
