Reference Code: IRC162041 Process Technician (Equipment Cleaner/ Delivery)  KCI is currently seeking an experienced Process Technician responsible for the cleaning of the Service Center, along with the cleaning and Quality Control process of equipment assigned.**KCI subscribes to the 125% reserve weight rule as a testing criterion for all dynamic lifts. ** Basic Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Four years of related work experience.  Two years of service-related work experience. Experience with Microsoft applications to include Word.Other Requirements: Must pass all applicable KCI functional assessments Must have willingness and ability to work extended work week, including some evenings and weekends. Ability to work independently and elicit support and co-operation of co-workers. Ability to use fine motor skills to operate equipment and/or machinery. Ability to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in writing Experience with handheld mobile devices (i.e. Intermec, Telxon) Good communication and proper business etiquette skills Prior customer service experience or aptitude
