Gambro is looking for a Payroll Representative to help build the Payroll function at our corporate headquarters as we phase out our shared services as provided by our affiliate support by year end 2008. Youll be responsible for the execution and related employee customer service of all bi-weekly payroll processing and coordination as it relates to Gambro and its US subsidiaries, and will also include our Canadian affiliate operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Require the execution of transactions in a payroll service provider environment, such as ADP, ProBusiness, and Cignify time-clock record-keeping systems. Processing of bi-weekly payroll and all components that go into the processing, including recording of vacation time, employment status changes, garnishments, shift differentials, leaves, terminations, bonuses, retroactive adjustments.Constant and frequent communication with all applicable Gambro Human Resources, and necessary coordination with HR representatives for impacts, changes, and updates. Customer service to employees on payroll and payroll related questions. Ensure timely, accurate, and completeness of payroll through thorough audit review and analysis. The distribution of pay checks and pay stubs. Overall management and oversight for all Gambro time clocks. Funding wire request for payroll and related payroll taxes to Treasury. Downloading of and uploading to general ledger of payroll files.Production of payroll reports from an HRIS environment and analysis of such reports as necessary.Maintaining and managing the filing of applicable paperwork.Any implementation efforts with vendor program and application enhancements, upgrades, or changes, where applicable.
