Description An emerging medical device distributor based in San Antonio is seeking a Part Time Office Assistant to support our growing customer base. Primary duties include using QuickBooks software to perform tasks related to receiving, shipping and billing inventory and managing accounts receivable payments.Â

Requirements Proficiency with QuickBooks Pro 2007 for Windows (testable at interview) Ability to lift up to sixty (60) pounds Must have own vehicle Ability to provide both personal and professional references Criminal history check will be performed
