Adhezion Biomedical, LLC is a privately-held medical device company focused on the development and commercialization of highly differentiated cyanoacrylate based surgical, wound management and infection prevention technologies. The vision of the Adhezion team is to redefine the way cyanoacrylate based surgical adhesives and sealants are used in medicine. We are seeking intelligent,progressive, and creative professionals to join our team.

 

The Office Administrator in our corporate office must be a bright,energetic individual to provide administrative support to the executive team,manage the day-to-day office operations and support part-time customer service activities. This position reports to the VP of Global Marketing.

 

Administrative Responsibilities:

  Maintain and manage corporate telephone system Booking travel Maintaining calendar Scheduling meetings and conference calls Light filing Assist with projects as necessary Submitting bills for payment Handling all of the mail and sending it out at the end of the day

 

Office Responsibilities:

  Ensure the conference rooms and office are tidy Order office supplies Assist with mail distribution and outgoing mail,as required Order lunches for management and other meetings,as requested Complete ad-hoc requests, as necessary Order marketing supplies



Basic Qualifications:

  3-5 years Admin experience, Executive admin experience preferred Must be professional in appearance and have strong communication skills Must be proficient in MS Office, including Outlook Multi-tasking skills required Must being able to lift up to 50 lbs

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  Must be detail oriented with a high level of organizational skills Time management skills required Must be efficient and have a sense of urgency
