Reference Code: IRC161421 Mgr Service II The Service Manager II is responsible for management for service operations for assigned territory and for driving excellence in customer service.  The Service Manager II will lead the service team in service and delivery of KCI¿s proprietary medical products.  Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum seven (7) years of experience in a service, operations, or related field. Minimum five (5) years of experience serving in a supervisory capacity. Experience with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Other Qualifications  Demonstrate excellent organizational skills. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of external and Internal customers. Must be able to manage customer expectations, lead direct reports and be flexible with both while meeting objectives. Must have enthusiasm for training employees and being involved in their career development.Must be detail-oriented with adept business sense and the ability to lead employees in multiple locations. Demonstrate ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business dealings. Ability to work independently, exercise sound business judgment, and elicit support and co-operation of coworkers. Must present a positive image of KCI USA through adherence to account protocol and presentation of professional behavior at all times when interacting and interfacing with customers and employees. Willingness and ability to travel by air or vehicle to attend business related functions, including nights and weekends. Must pass DOT physical and eye exam initially and every two (2) years or as required by designated state. Ability to perform essential functions of the Service Manager I position and pass physical functional testing as required.
