Reference Code: IRC161461 Mgr Acute & Extended Contracting This position will be responsible for driving corporate strategy through leading a team of professionals in the execution and management of contracts for Therapeutic Support Systems with GPOs and acute and extended care facilities.  This individual will work closely with the Sales organization, Pricing, Billing, Legal, Operations, in addition to other corporate stakeholders in the negotiation and management of agreements.  The Manager of Acute and Extended Contracting will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions to help drive customer satisfaction.  This individual will be required to meet deadlines, exercise sound judgment, and display good decision making skills within the framework of company and departmental policies/protocols. Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field 3- 5 years Management/supervisory experience Minimum of 7 years working experience with contract language and obligations Skills with Excel, Microsoft Access, Business Objects, Microsoft Word, Microsoft OutlookOther Qualifications   Previous experience in contract creation Ability to organize, manage, and motivate staff to accomplish the assigned tasks and responsibilities Excellent skills in verbal, written, and presentation communications to employees and management Ability to deal effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service oriented attitude Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume work environment   Masters Degree Health Care Experience
