MUST HAVE MEDICAL DEVICE SERVICE MARKETING EXPERIENCE

The Services Marketing Manager is responsible for developing the market strategy, ensuring effective product development, market segmentation, and promotion to deliver revenue growth, market share, and profitability for North America. The portfolio includes equipment, accessories, software, support plans, training, and professional services. The Services Marketing Manager will plan and implement all relevant marketing programs including product launch campaigns, branding initiatives, marketing communications, lead generation, and field support. The Services Marketing Manager is evaluated on measurable business results including volume and revenue goals, customer awareness, and product preference.

RESPONSIBILITIESConsolidate customer needs in collaboration with Sales, Product Management and Service teams; design new products, services, and packages to increase market share. Develop market segmentation and associated go-to-market strategies for each part of the portfolio. Ability to establish processes. Represent the company in relevant product development and pricing activities; coordinate and influence the advancement of product roadmaps and policies to shorten time-to-market for products and maximize margins. Develop and execute high-impact product launches and targeted marketing campaigns for lead generation and order growth in close collaboration with Product Supply Centers and Sales. Liaison with key customers and associations for influence and relationship development. Provide market and competitive analysis to understand trends that affect success of the product line. Oversee activities associated with trade show, messaging, collateral development, and user meetings. Evaluate service contract policies, pricing and promotion to drive relevance, consistency, and revenue growth.

QUALIFICATIONSSELF STARTER.  This person must be able to hit the ground running,MUST HAVE MEDICAL DEVICE SERVICE MARKETING EXPERIENCE.Bachelor’s degree required.  Masters degree in business, marketing, or engineering strongly preferred. 8 years of business experience with at least 5 years product marketing experience required; prior experience in medical device / healthcare industry and service marketing strongly preferred. Results-oriented, team player with a successful track record of managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills and presentation skills required. Strong analytical capabilities; ability to make effective recommendations based on market trends analysis and measure  success. Demonstrated ability to organize, collaborate with, and lead multi-disciplined projects and high-performing teams. High energy and drive; ability to work independently and balance intense short-term pressures with long-term goals.  Ability to travel up to 40%.
