Great career opportunity with an innovative developer and manufacturer of medical lasers, lithotripters and orthopedic shockwave devices. We are seeking an individual to support all facets of the marketing department with focus on promotional activities and communications.

Supports all facets of the marketing department with a focus on promotional activities and communications by performing the following duties:

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES can include the following:Plans and coordinates laser seminar logistics, including attendee registration confirmationProvides Sales Representative(s) with seminar and registration informationAssembles seminar marketing materials and coordinates shipment to appropriate seminar locationAttends select seminars and performs set-up and break down of the marketing materialsUpdates promotional materials with minor changes using In-Design or similar toolsCreates and coordinates communications to organization and customersUpdates product catalogs semi-annually based on feedback from marketing managerCreates web based promotions and distributes to leads and opportunitiesPlans and coordinates special events including customer dinnersMaintains the Competitive Database, including entering customer information into the database and producing reportsInforms Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Manager of marketing material inventory needs Cross-trains with Marketing Coordinator on importing leads and information into the CRM (includes uploading of scanned materials into the CRM)Performs web research activities and creates Power Point presentations. Coordinates large mailings and mailing listsOrganizes and attends events when neededPerforms other duties and projects as required

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Minimum two years experience. Excellent organizational  skills.  Strong Word, Excel and Power Point skills.  Must have good communication and interpersonal skills; must be reliable and able to work independently.
