MEDICAL DEVICE - SURGICAL SALES......SAN DIEGO TERRITORY  

SkillBridge is a medical sales recruiting firm based in Chicago, IL.  The following position is for our client... a national leader in maxillofacial surgical devices, implants and instruments.

Requirements:4 year college degree - BA/BS Must live in greater San Diego area  Minimum 3 years of sales success in an outside B2B sales position Medical Device / Surgical Sales experience will be priority candidates Medical supplies, Hospital sales or Pharmaceutical sales experience is very desirable as well! Ability to travel 20% overnight travel 

SAN DIEGO Territory



All hospitals / accounts covering San Diego & Orange Counties

Compensation:$55K base salary + all existing sales commissions coming out of territory (currently $45-$55k+ annually). Uncapped commission plan = $100k - $110k+ total compensation first year at plan $500 / mo car allowance + 19 cents / mile All Home Office, Travel, Entertainment and Business Expenses paid by company Excellent Full Benefits package including:  Medical / Dental / Vision plan + 401k

Candidates must WANT medical device sales, are very competitive, driven to succeed and display a solid work ethic.

Sales are driven in the OR (Operating Room) during surgery while calling on Neuro/ ENT/ Plastic/ Oral and maxillofacial surgeons.  Company produces instruments, implants and devices for craniomaxillofacial surgery.

Typical candidate loves to hustle & provide superior customer service.  Company hires ambitious, self-starters who are hungry to increase marketshare (competitive), want to make more money and have a great track record of sales success and accomplishments.

Must have excellent communication skills, a polished and presentable appearance and bring a great attitude and engaging personality.
