LatAm Business Solutions Manager

Experienced in Business Solutions, Software Development, or Business Intelligence Manager with a background that includes multiple Enterprise Reporting, BI, and Business Process Reengineering implementations in the Latin America region. Will be a liaison between the Business Leaders, Departmental Analysts, and Information Services Teams. Will also serve as the SDLC Officer for SOx/GCC compliance and Lead the BI Center Of Excellence.This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end design and development of Business Software Solutions that are requested by the Regional Senior Management. This includes…• Develop, clarify and manage Software Development activities, define solution deliverables and achieve targeted outcomes. • Develop and enhance system requirements to support process automation.• Perform Risk Management and Consulting/External Resource Management.• Deploy and maintain Enterprise applications and implement on-going production support.• Ensure compatibility and consistency with existing architectural and Enterprise standards.Will work closely with the LatAm IS Director plus Global/Regional IS Teams and with Business Functional Leaders (including Commercial, Finance, and Logistics) to manage simultaneous BI implementations across several countries in the Region. Regular travel is a key part of this job. Knowledge of the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) would be an advantage, though not mandatory. Knowledge of Hyperion and Cognos are definite plusses; as are experience in Workflow and Portal technologies based on Microsoft toolsets. Experience with Enterprise Application Integration technologies (such as BizTalk) is preferred.Other areas of responsibility which the position would have to oversee include ETL, Star Schemas, Data Migration, End-To-End testing across countries, Coordinating User Training, Creating Documentation, Establishing Application Support, supporting Change Management, etc.Experience in having managed projects involving both technology and processes across several countries in Latin America is essential. Knowledge of a Structured SDLC methodology (such as Agile) is required. It would also be helpful to have experience in Use-Case Diagramming (like UML).Requirements: - Strong track record of Enterprise Reporting and Data Architecture experience is required - Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a multinational environment, particularly in Business Intelligence Solutions Design and Software Development Lifecycle Management. Healthcare Industry experience is a big advantage.- Must be highly committed and self-motivated- Posses excellent time management skills- Must be well-organized- Be confident to engage with Top Management frequently- Possess a customer-focused attitude- Excellent communication and presentation skills are required - Bilingual (English/Spanish).
