Hematology Account Specialist-Philadelphia

Job DescriptionThe primary goal of this position is to exceed sales goals for capital equipment, reagents, and service revenue. Responsible for selling the capital product line to hospitals, commercial laboratories and physician office labs within an assigned geographic territory.

Major Responsibilities
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.
- Responsible for account management of all customers in assigned territory, including current and potential customers.
- Manages all aspects of the capital product sales cycle, including product demonstrations, evaluations, technical presentations, proposals and final negotiations.
- Meets or exceeds sales, reagent, service and budget goals.
- Directs and leads the traditional team for the product line.
- IA/CC Sales Specialist: Responsible for managing Immunoassay and Clinical Chemistry Instruments.
- Hematology Sales Specialist: Responsible for managing Cell-Dyn series instruments.
- National Accounts Sales Specialist: Responsible for capital instrument sales to government accounts.
- Point of Care Sales Specialist: Responsible for managing the Glucose Monitoring instruments.
