Skills/Qualifications: Strong phone skills – always with a smile! Strong help desk support skills and experience – averaging 60 calls daily Strong Microsoft Windows background Strong experience on all Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook Strong communication and documentation skills; able to work with all levels within organization Ability to following documented solutions to correct issues that may arise Experience troubleshooting PC's and Laptops Knowledge of Citrix environmentAbility to work independently
Experience required:
Minimum 3-4 years in PC Network/ Help Desk experience in a high call volume area.
Hours: The Help Desk hours are 7:00am-8:30pm. The shift for this position will vary between these hours.
