Experienced Client Services Representative

Neighborhood Diabetes is a rapidly growing, ten year old company in the medical supply field (diabetes supplies in particular), looking to add enthusiastic, capable and hard-working members to our growing team.  We have a unique approach that truly ‘helps to make a difference’ in the lives of people with diabetes.

 

 

The position is in what we refer to as our contact center. The contact center is the central location for all customer interaction. The goal of the contact center is to service customers via inbound calls in a courteous professional manner, identifying reasons for the call, and when applicable, at the point of contact, respond appropriately to customer inquiries and resolve problems.

Additionally, the individual must support departmental and company objectives and goals and demonstrate expertise in regards to products and services.

The following is a list of essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

Answers and responds to customer inquiries.

Researches customer inquiries/problems for resolution and communicates outcomes to the customer as appropriate.

Inputs customer orders accurately, proficiently and in compliance with policies and procedures.

Supports and participates in all departmental and company training and development.



Supports and assists the departmental achieving departmental and company goals through the completion of special assignments/ projects as directed by the management team.

Maintain client relations through reorders.

 

This is a full-time salaried position which includes an attractive benefits package (after a brief probationary period). Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
