Division Sales Manager-North Texas (726)

Description

Deliver divisional sales quota; Generate sales and profit strategies / tactics within budget; Coach, develop, manage sales and clinical roles as directed by the Region Vice President; Implement training and development programs; Meet and exceed organizational sales objectives; Maintain appropriate productive staffing levels; Find and solve complex business problems that may impact success; Grow the business by assuring the development of new clients and penetrating current clients; Drive strategic thinking throughout division; Monitor region success through continuing financial analysis; Act as liaison between management team and sales; Cover key strategic accounts and develop distribution and regional account relationships; Work with internal support teams to ensure strategies are executes at the territory level.
Required Skills

Required Skills: Competent in Microsoft programs including all MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access). Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good basic analytical skills to analyze customer and products trends at the territory level. Good negotiation and demonstrated listening skills.
Required ExperienceCollege Degree: BA, BS preferred. Four to six years of job related work experience.
