The District Sales Manager is primarily responsible for achieving the sales and marketing objectives in the territory while operating within the Company policies and procedures and assigned expense budget. Has contributory responsibility to gross profit on the sales in the territory. Responsible for providing accurate and timely marketing information, analysis, recommendations and form facilitating good communications between the Account Representatives and Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics.

Required Skills

YOU WILL NEED:

>Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field.
>Requires background in medical sales and/or management - minimum 3 years of experience. Familiarity with the local medical community.
> Dynamic, aggressive, results oriented with well developed communication skill.
>Strong negotiating skills with a slant on current day teachings and successful results.
