Customer Service Representative

Pathway Medical is currently seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to be a key team member in supporting the Company’s rapid growth. This position offers the successful candidate the unique opportunity to participate in growing a strong customer service team as well as broad career advancement opportunities.

The Customer Service representative works with various internal and external customers as well as various departments to ensure that it satisfies and excels its customer’s needs.  The primary responsibility of this position is to have proficiency in multi-tasking while handling customer needs in a pleasant and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
·              Incoming and outgoing phone calls from internal and external customers.
·              Provide information, education and assistance to customers
·              Ability to take orders and enter daily into the company ordering system (MAX)
·              Follow any and all FDA guidelines when necessary
·              Work closely with Quality and Regulatory departments when handling customer complaints
·              Works with management to establish professional standards and procedures
·              Support other departments within the company as required
·              Be a self-starter, working on assignments that can be complex in nature

Desired Qualifications (summary):
·              HS Diploma required, Associates or higher degree preferred
·              3-5 years customer service related experience (preferably in a medical device or call center environment)
·              Strong written and verbal communication skills
·              Knowledge of MS-Office products; Outlook, WORD and EXCEL
·              Data entry ability
