Credit Representatives are responsible for managing credit risk by working with business to business customers in order to maintain payment timeliness and to ensure collection on past due balances. Credit Representatives place outbound calls, take incoming calls and work closely with the Sales and Customer Service departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction.

 

Candidates must have a strong ability to multi-task and desire for long term success. The ideal candidate will also have a positive attitude, display initiative with decision making and show a genuine desire to provide superior customer service.
