We are seeking a Clinical Marketing Manager who will have responsibility for the clinical value creation for Honeywell HomMed products and solutions in the marketplace. Projects usually reach across and impact several departments within the organization and have medium and long term impact on our business. Success will be recognizable through both progress on individual projects, and through changes in the shape of the HomMed business with more focus on a broader customer footprint.
 
Responsibilities:
 
Responsible for project leadership of strategic marketing programs focused on developing and communicating clear and concise clinical value across the continuum of care for HomMed products and solutions.Lead the clinical validation of all new products.Support downstream marketing to ensure new market selection is matched optimally for the clinical value of our products/solutions. Provide leadership in identifying potential growth areas.Support the Product Management and Downstream Marketing to support commercial activities as required.Become a recognized figure within the disease management and telehealth community.Working closely with the Director of Clinical Marketing and Applications, help drive business development activities supporting content and service partnership for the HON telehealth ecosystem.Support new business opportunities through the development of white papers, collaterals, testimonials and the coordination of partner/external studies.Support PR and educational activities in Home Monitoring and Telehealth including partner marketing and consulting.Responsible for new clinical application development utilizing the Honeywell NPI ProcessResponsible for all activities related to external field tests Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is required in Healthcare related fieldMinimum of 5 years experience in Healthcare related fieldMinimum of 3 years management experienceWillingness to travel 25% of time, position based in Brookfield, WI  
Additional Qualifications: 
Demonstrated expertise and familiarity with marketing concepts and strategies is requiredOutstanding track record developing customer programs and clinical solutionsProven communication skills; superior written and verbal communication skillsIndependent mindset with a sense of project ownership.
